MCM's first club brew

We've talked and talked... and now it is time to pull one of these together.

Here is the scoop, folks. We'll all use the same grain bill, yeast, and mash temp. The hops schedule is entirely up to you, but the goal is to stick within the BJCP guidelines for American Pale Ales for IBU's.

Recipe:
10 lbs 2 Row
1/2 lb Crystal 40
1/4 lb Crystal 120

Yeast: 1056 Cal Ale

Mash Temp: 152 deg

Tasting date: September 11th at the MCM meeting.

The idea here is to get an idea of how different hops taste with the same base beer, so please... no freelancing on the grain bill or yeast.

Nobody needs to "sign up" for this. All you need to do is brew it and have samples ready on September 11.
