The Sentry Propane Burner Temperature Control Valve allows you to control the temperature of your cooking oil OR water in your boiling pot or turkey fryer. The temperature control valve fits most of bayou classic's single propane burners excluding the Kick A Banjo Burner. When you use this temperature control valve, you have better control of the temperature of your cooking. No more turning the flame up . . . then two minutes later turning the flame down . . . then turning the flame back up . . . TAKE THE GUESS WORK OUT!
